Quayfest

Lancaster QuayFest is a lively, grassroots music festival held along St George’s Quay, bringing together some of the district’s best live acts in a vibrant waterfront setting. Originally launched by three quayside pubs, the George & Dragon, The Three Mariners and the Wagon & Horses, it takes place over a weekend with dozens of performances across multiple venues, often with free entry.

The festival showcases a wide mix of musical styles, from folk and acoustic sets to rock, soul and samba, creating an eclectic, walkable experience where visitors can move between venues and discover new talent. With a strong community feel, great food and drink, and the historic quayside as its backdrop, QuayFest has quickly become a popular fixture in Lancaster’s events calendar.
