Join the Haffner as it celebrates its 50 years of music in Lancaster. We kick start our season on 28th November at 7:30pm with acclaimed pianist Martin Roscoe performing Grieg’s Piano Concerto, a piece renowned for its soaring melodies and thrilling virtuosity as well as featuring in a famous Morecambe and Wise sketch with Andrew Previn.
The evening’s programme also includes the Overture to William Tell (think Lone Ranger and galloping horses) and Brahm’s magnificent Symphony No 3. Don’t miss this golden anniversary celebration concert that promises excitement as well as beautiful live music.
