Carnforth Library Open Day

Carnforth Library celebrates its 90th birthday this year! To mark the occasion, we are holding a special Open Day on Saturday 18 July.

Drop in any time between 10:00am and 12:00pm to meet the volunteers who have been researching the library's history and discover the stories of some of the remarkable people and events associated with it.

There will be historic items connected to Carnforth Library on loan from Lancashire Archives, family-friendly activities celebrating books and reading, artwork by local children, refreshments, and plenty of opportunities to share your own library memories.
