The Festival Market
The Festival Market was established in Morecambe over 80 years ago and is conveniently situated in a mixed retail and leisure area which attracts many visitors and local residents. It is situated close to cycle paths and Morecambe’s bus and train stations.
It has a designated a coach customer drop off point on Central Drive with a coach park nearby in addition to the pay and display car park surrounding it. The market is wheelchair and pram friendly and there are public toilets on site including a ‘Changing Places’ facility.
With 70 stalls, 15 shops and two different cafes plus multiple takeaway food outlets you can enjoy traditional market shopping in a true 'hustle and bustle' atmosphere with seating areas to rest and eat. Our well-established traders specialise in the goods they sell – they offer that 'personal touch' and care about their customers.
Breath-taking views over the Cumbrian hills, the Poem Path and TERN Project artworks including the Eric Morecambe statue, as well as Reel Cinema, Jump Rush Trampolining and Soul Bowl bowling alley are just yards away so why not combine your visit to the Festival Market with a day out in Morecambe?
