The Lancaster Smokehouse is a family owned business using traditional methods to smoke foods. It is based on the Lune Estuary in the small village of Glasson Dock, where the canal, river and sea meet. Having been established for over 30 years, Lancaster Smokehouse has one of the most extensive and creative product ranges. We have maintained the centuries' old traditional methods of preparing, curing and smoking of fish and meats of all kinds to give a unique 3 star gold award winning taste.
You can always expect a warm welcome if you visit - come and browse the shelves of meat, fish and cheese, and the many additional products which complement their core range such as sauces, pickles, chutneys and more!
