Bowland & Bay offers unique food and drink adventures across the stunning Bowland & Bay countryside, home to over 200 incredible artisans. We aim to awaken your senses with extraordinary experiences led by your guide, local lass Katie.
Our tours, designed for food lovers, take you to a select group of the region’s finest artisans. By eating together and sharing stories, we believe we can all reconnect and create lasting memories.
Experience Lancashire and Cumbria’s artisan food culture on our full and half-day tours. Each tour features 7-8 exciting foodie stops, showcasing local legends, award-winning cheeses, ice creams, freshly baked goods, and comforting classics. You’ll also visit micro-breweries, gin distilleries, and charming inns, with chef specialties included on full-day tours. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to purchase delicious pantry delights.
Tours are ideal for special occasions and run year-round, accommodating up to 8 guests (ages 12+). You’ll relax in a luxury Mercedes Benz Tourer while taking in breathtaking fell and coastal views.
Half-day tours run for about 4 hours, while full-day tours last around 7 hours. Tours begin between 10-11 a.m., and free private parking is available at Garstang, just off the M6. Private tours include door-to-door service from locations within 10 miles of Lancaster, Kendal, or Clitheroe train stations.
