Opening Hours
- Call in to The Platform Box Office weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm - 4pm, located in the foyer of the building. Our friendly team will be on hand to book your tickets and take payment in person.
- Please call 01524 582803 to book your tickets in advance during our Box Office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm - 4pm.

Accessibility
- Full-level access, toilet facilities for wheelchair users, and hearing loop. Guide dogs and registered service dogs are welcome. We appreciate advance notice if customers will be arriving in wheelchairs so that arrangements can be made. A complimentary personal assistant ticket is available to those customers unable to access all Platform facilities independently.
