Lancaster Spirits Co. is an exciting new whisky distillery, built & commission in 2024, alongside our brewery - Lancaster Brewery.

After many years of planning & delays, we finally realised our ambition to produce Lancaster's first ever single malt whisky, produced using the same ingredients, equipment & expertise used to make our award-winning ales!

Single Malt made by Brewers.

A truly craft distillery, utilising the wash from our brewery, the distillery now producers small-batch flavour-forward single malt whisky.

Every drop of our whisky begins in the brewery using traditional, manual processes not often seen in whisky production nowadays. Our barley is freshly milled, mashed by hand & fermented with the aid of our very own live brewer's yeast. Every decision we make during the production process is based upon flavour development & protecting the craft!

The first-ever Lancashire single malt whisky will be launched in Autumn 2027...

Lancaster Spirits Co prides itself upon producing all of our spirits from grain-to-glass, including our gins & vodkas.

A selection of award-winning artisanal gins such as the Firecracker Gin, Raspberry & Rose gin and Mandarin & Ginger Gin, all of which are produced meticulously under one roof, using very traditional, hands-on processes. Equally intriguing is the range of premium craft vodkas available, produced with a combination of English grains such as wheat, barley & rye. Full bodied, rich and complex spirits made in incredibly small batches.

Whisky & Spirit enthusiasts are now encouraged to come & visit the distillery for an array of distillery tours & experiences - a 5 Star Experience according to TripAdvisor!
