Lancaster Pottery Studio
We are a family run pottery studio in the heart of Lancaster city centre. We run regular classes and workshops including Saturday 2-hour wheel workshops where you learn how to throw your own pots on the wheel. Throughout the year we also run ‘family fun’ sessions which are suitable for all ages making fun seasonal projects out of clay.
We also do one off handbuilding workshops such as build your own candlesticks, butterdishes etc..
We opened the Studio in 2019 and have since grown into a dedicated teaching Studio with 10 wheels, 3 kilns and a fully equipped hand building Studio. We also produce our own pottery made here on site - shop opening October 2026.
Cost
- Throwing workshops minimum age 16, £50pp
- Family sessions generally £15pp, all ages welcome
