Bay Horse Inn
The Bay Horse Inn has been established as a respected inn and restaurant since 1992 and is run by the Wilkinson family, who make the most of local produce and top class cooking. They have a great reputation having won awards including Lancashire and Lake District Dining Pub of the Year, The Good Pub Guide Lancashire Dining Pub of the Year.
With rich, fertile farming land, rugged hills and a fabulous coastline, local produce is bountiful and just a short drive will take you to producers galore: Dewlay Cheese, Port of Lancaster Smokehouse, Wallings Dairy, Honeywell Meats, Johnson and Swarbrick's famous Goosnargh poultry to name just a few - all are found within a half hour radius. Their produce features on our menus and we can recommend a jaunt to visit them on site, as each offers a unique insight into their business and our county as well as providing an opportunity to purchase your own to take home!
